Who The Heck Is Gregg Kellogg (5G), BSN, RN, IHP, HPH

Here I am in my basement “gym” at 64 years young.

My love and passion for the field of optimization of health and fitness for the purpose of experiencing a more meaningful, fun and enriching life goes back more than 25 years.

Although I was only in my mid 30’s, I was determined that I would not follow the typical path of “aging” - slower, weaker and sicker with decades of my life in suboptimal health unable to do the things I love, ending in a slow (and hopefully not too painful) death.

I began regular exercise and a somewhat healthy eating habit along with a relentless “hobby” of studying all things health and fitness related. This led me to eventually retiring my trumpet to its’ case ( I was a professional trumpet player) and returning to school to become a nurse.

This education gave me a solid foundation in the allopathic model of medicine. And although allopathic medicine has it’s place, I don’t think anyone would argue that it is a dismal failure when it comes to the treatment and prevention of 5 of the top 8 main causes of death in our modern society - heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s, stroke and diabetes.

The good news is that with proper lifestyle choices your chances of developing any of the main causes of death can be dramatically reduced. Add to that the testing and diagnostics that are available for early detection so you can address disease in the early stages, the odds of a long, healthy life increase even more.

Add to that bioindividualized nutrition, exercise and targeted “biohacking” protocols and you can almost guarantee yourself not only a long life, but one of health and vitality, a sharp mind and the fitness level of someone decades younger than you right up until your graduation to the “great beyond”.

As an Integrative Health Practitioner and certified High Performance Health Coach I don’t diagnose, treat or cure any disease. I help you adopt a science based healthy lifestyle that is individualized for you - from nutrition and exercise to advanced protocols based on quantitative lab testing, thousands of satisfied clients, and personal experience.

You see, although there are general principles to health and fitness, what may be healthy for one man may literally be poison to another.
